Sessionboard AI-first content platform built for modern event teams

PROBLEM

Connect your entire event content lifecycle — with AI built into every step

Sessionboard is the first platform to connect submissions, speakers, evaluations, agenda planning, and engagement data end-to-end, so your team stops managing systems and starts building programs that perform.

One platform. Every workflow.

Submissions, speaker history, evaluations, agenda planning, content, and reporting — finally connected in a single system. No more chasing data across spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools.

AI process resolving pending review, agenda conflict, and formatting into scored abstracts, no conflicts, and voice match.

Stop doing manually what AI should be doing for you.

Abstract reviews, agenda conflict checks, content formatting, speaker communications.

HOW SESSIONBOARD AI WORKS

AI that operates across three distinct layers — native, agentic, and open

Sessionboard AI isn’t just one feature. It’s built into every layer of the platform — automating workflows, supporting faster decisions, and connecting your event data across every tool your team already uses.

AI Agents

Configurable decision-makers that work alongside your team. Set the criteria, define the persona, deploy the agent. Your program committee gets a tireless, consistent co-evaluator that scales to any volume.

Open Intelligence

Your event data, connected to every AI tool and platform in your stack. Via MCP and Open API, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, and any custom integration can query your Sessionboard data in real time.

Native AI

Built into the platform. Runs automatically. No prompts required. AI that improves your content, evaluates your submissions, and builds your agenda — inside the workflows you already use.

How Sessionboard AI actually works.

Is this AI built by Sessionboard or third-party models?

Both — and that distinction matters. The intelligence layer (evaluation logic, agenda optimization, content editing) is built by Sessionboard on top of best-in-class models including Claude and OpenAI. The MCP and API layer connects your data to any AI tool you choose. You're not locked into one model or one vendor.

Does Sessionboard AI train on my data?

No. Your event data — submissions, speaker profiles, session content, contacts — is never used to train AI models. When AI generates a query (like a report or an evaluation), the data returned by that query never touches the AI layer. AI is used to generate the instruction, not to process your data.

What's the difference between Native AI and AI Agents?

Native AI runs automatically inside existing workflows — you don't trigger it, it's just there improving your content, building your agenda, generating your reports. AI Agents (like AI Evaluators) are configurable — you define the persona, the criteria, and the scope, then deploy them to work on your behalf on a specific task.

What is MCP and why does it matter?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI tools connect to external data sources and query them directly. For your team, it means you can use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to ask questions about your Sessionboard data without ever leaving those tools. No exports, no copy-paste, no context loss.

Can I connect Sessionboard to Claude or ChatGPT today?

Yes. MCP is live. Your org admin generates an API token with the appropriate scopes, connects it to your AI tool of choice, and your team can start querying Sessionboard data immediately. Full API documentation is available at apidocs.sessionboard.com.

What can AI tools do with my Sessionboard data — and what can't they do?

AI tools connected via MCP can query sessions, speakers, contacts, evaluations, reports, and content data. They cannot create, modify, or delete any records — access is strictly read-only. Personal contact information is obfuscated by default. Every query is logged with 90-day retention.

Where does all the transcription and media content live?

All content is centralized inside Sessionboard. Transcripts, AI summaries, media files, and campaign assets are stored in the platform and connected to the relevant session and speaker profile in the CRM. Content is never siloed in a separate tool — Sessionboard is the system of record.

How does AI Agenda handle conflicts it can't resolve automatically?

When the AI encounters a constraint it can't satisfy automatically — a speaker required in two rooms at the same time, a track with more sessions than available slots — it flags the conflict clearly and presents resolution options. You make the call. The AI handles the volume; you handle the edge cases.

Are the existing AI feature pages (AI Evaluators, AI Agenda, Studio Remix) going away?

No. Those pages remain live with full feature detail and are linked from this page. This page is the entry point for the full AI picture — the three detailed pages go deeper on each specific capability.

The event platform that actually thinks

Native AI in your workflows. Agents working alongside your team. Your data connected to every tool in your stack. That's Sessionboard AI.
