Sessionboard is the first platform to connect submissions, speakers, evaluations, agenda planning, and engagement data end-to-end, so your team stops managing systems and starts building programs that perform.

Sessionboard AI isn’t just one feature. It’s built into every layer of the platform — automating workflows, supporting faster decisions, and connecting your event data across every tool your team already uses.
Configurable decision-makers that work alongside your team. Set the criteria, define the persona, deploy the agent. Your program committee gets a tireless, consistent co-evaluator that scales to any volume.
Your event data, connected to every AI tool and platform in your stack. Via MCP and Open API, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Salesforce, HubSpot, and any custom integration can query your Sessionboard data in real time.
Built into the platform. Runs automatically. No prompts required. AI that improves your content, evaluates your submissions, and builds your agenda — inside the workflows you already use.
Watch how six AI agents handle reviews, scheduling, and speaker comms — automatically.
Sessionboard Agents are active participants in your program. monitoring submissions, coordinating speakers, evaluating content, and taking action inside your workflows automatically.
The Lead Agent is your always-on event operations layer — continuously monitoring your program, coordinating AI workflows, and surfacing only the decisions that need human input.
What it does while your team sleeps:

Finds speakers and subject matter experts around specific topics, manages them in a pipeline, and facilitates outreach to invite them to your upcoming events.

Every abstract scored and ranked before your committee opens a single one. Your team starts from a shortlist, not a pile.

Automated onboarding, slide collection, AV requirements — compiled and delivered to your ops team. One dashboard shows exactly who's ready and who isn't.

Session descriptions standardized. Post-event: groomed transcript, summary, quotes, and topic tags — per session, within 15 minutes of it ending.

Conflict-free schedule generated from your constraints. Double-bookings flagged. Resolution suggested. Days of work, done before lunch.

Stop exporting data to answer questions about your own event. Get faster answers from their AI tool of your choice, powered by your actual event data, in real time.

Sessionboard’s AI Reporting turns plain English into real-time event reports and dashboards — no SQL, BI tools, or manual exports required.

Both — and that distinction matters. The intelligence layer (evaluation logic, agenda optimization, content editing) is built by Sessionboard on top of best-in-class models including Claude and OpenAI. The MCP and API layer connects your data to any AI tool you choose. You're not locked into one model or one vendor.
No. Your event data — submissions, speaker profiles, session content, contacts — is never used to train AI models. When AI generates a query (like a report or an evaluation), the data returned by that query never touches the AI layer. AI is used to generate the instruction, not to process your data.
Native AI runs automatically inside existing workflows — you don't trigger it, it's just there improving your content, building your agenda, generating your reports. AI Agents (like AI Evaluators) are configurable — you define the persona, the criteria, and the scope, then deploy them to work on your behalf on a specific task.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI tools connect to external data sources and query them directly. For your team, it means you can use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to ask questions about your Sessionboard data without ever leaving those tools. No exports, no copy-paste, no context loss.
Yes. MCP is live. Your org admin generates an API token with the appropriate scopes, connects it to your AI tool of choice, and your team can start querying Sessionboard data immediately. Full API documentation is available at apidocs.sessionboard.com.
AI tools connected via MCP can query sessions, speakers, contacts, evaluations, reports, and content data. They cannot create, modify, or delete any records — access is strictly read-only. Personal contact information is obfuscated by default. Every query is logged with 90-day retention.
All content is centralized inside Sessionboard. Transcripts, AI summaries, media files, and campaign assets are stored in the platform and connected to the relevant session and speaker profile in the CRM. Content is never siloed in a separate tool — Sessionboard is the system of record.
When the AI encounters a constraint it can't satisfy automatically — a speaker required in two rooms at the same time, a track with more sessions than available slots — it flags the conflict clearly and presents resolution options. You make the call. The AI handles the volume; you handle the edge cases.
