Sessionboard vs Wordly.
Wordly delivers live AI translation and captions in dozens of languages; attendees join by QR code for translated audio or subtitles. Sessionboard ships live transcription, captions, replays, recaps, clips and share kits on the session record you run from the call for papers through show day. Keep Wordly when simultaneous translation is a hard requirement; the two can share one record.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE RECORD UNDERNEATH
Captions are a layer. The record is where they land.
Whether Sessionboard or Wordly captures the room, the transcript attaches to the session: the abstract, the speakers, the sponsor, the attendees who were there. That is what makes it searchable next year and lets the recap name the right people.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · AFTER THE ROOM
The talk ends. The content goes out through the people who gave it.
Recaps, clips and quote cards are drafted from the transcript and your brand kit, approved once, and sent as share kits to speakers, sponsors and attendees with tracked links. Registrations traced to a share land on the report.

Questions, answered
How do we move captions and transcripts to Sessionboard?
Run Live Transcribe at the next event, or keep Wordly for translation and write its transcripts to sessions through the public API. Either way the record is the same.
Does our registration or AV setup change?
No. Registration stays where it is; audio can come from the room, from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, or from a recording. Wordly room monitors and capture URLs can stay mid-contract.
Can we export transcripts and captions?
Yes. Transcripts, captions, recordings, clips and reports export by CSV, file download, the public API and webhooks.
