The conference that grows the next one.
Annual meetings, user conferences and show education programs, from the first abstract to the final recap. Call for papers, review, agenda, speaker portals, posters and capture on one record, plugged into the registration platform you already run.
CALL FOR PAPERS · REVIEW
Abstracts in. A shortlist out, before the committee meets.
Submission forms with logic per track and format, a submitter portal, and reminders that go out from the platform. Review plans with rounds and committees; the Reviewer agent pre-scores every abstract against your rubric and explains itself, so reviewers start from a shortlist, not a pile.

AGENDA · SPEAKER PORTALS
A schedule without conflicts, and speakers who finish their own tasks.
The Scheduler agent drafts the agenda from accepted sessions and flags speaker conflicts and room overflows. Speakers get a branded portal for bios, headshots, slides and agreements, and the Coordinator agent reminds whoever is late. Posters and ePosters run in the same cycle.

CAPTURE · ACTIVATE
The week ends with a media library, not a hard drive.
Live Transcribe records every room, attributes it to the speaker on the record, and drafts recaps for review. Clips, quote cards and posts go out through speaker and attendee share kits, and Pathways traces the registrations they bring back to the session that earned them.

GROWSAttendance value and next year’s call
The combined Sessionboard + Cvent solution stood out for its ability to seamlessly connect session and speaker management and event execution.
Questions, answered
Do we have to move registration?
No. Accepted sessions and speakers sync to Cvent, Swoogo, Bizzabo and others. Registration and event operations stay where they are.
Does the Reviewer agent make decisions?
No. It pre-scores against your rubric and explains every score. Your reviewers and committee decide, and every score is auditable.
What about posters and awards?
They run on the same forms, review plans and portals as sessions, so one call can collect all three.
