Sessionboard vs VOXO.
VOXO delivers branded session summaries and an embeddable content hub minutes after sessions end. Sessionboard ships the same class of deliverables on the record that started with the abstract: session recaps, event and daily reports, replays, clips and share kits, with your public API available if VOXO captures the audio.
SIDE BY SIDE
Where each one does its work.
Read from the approved comparison, not from a feature checklist. Where we could not verify a VOXO capability from their own material, the cell says so.
| Capability | Sessionboard | VOXO |
|---|---|---|
| Live transcription | Live Transcribe in the room or from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, with speaker names resolved to your records. | Stage audio via RTMP into VOXO’s pipeline. |
| Recordings after the fact | Batch ingest with diarization, summaries and quote extraction into the library. | varies |
| Session summaries and reports | Branded session recaps, full event reports and daily debriefs for attendees and admins, approved from one review queue. | Branded one- and two-page session summaries with takeaways and LinkedIn share. |
| Attendee content hub | Content Gallery and the Attend app with replays, transcripts and search; Ask for questions across the corpus. | Embeddable, filterable hub of session summaries for event apps. |
| Clips and content outputs | Clips, audiograms, quote cards, posts and recaps drafted by the Editor agent with your brand kit. | varies |
| Peer sharing with attribution | Share kits with tracked links for speakers, sponsors and attendees; registrations traced back to the share. | LinkedIn share on summary pages. |
| Program record | Call for papers, review, agenda and speakers on the same record the capture attaches to. | varies |
| Captions and accessibility | Transcription and captions in 30+ languages feed replays and searchable transcripts. | varies |
| Working together | Public API accepts transcriptions, recordings and media from another capture tool, so the record stays authoritative. | Integrates with RainFocus. |
VOXO is the practical choice mid-contract when you need their hosted summary hub specifically; otherwise run native capture, or pipe VOXO output back through the public API.
WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE RECORD UNDERNEATH
The recap knows what the abstract promised.
Capture attaches to the session record: abstract text, learning objectives, speaker names and the sponsor who presented. Recaps, clips and quote cards are drafted from that, which is why the names are right and the sponsor’s results report fills itself in.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · WHO CARRIES IT
A summary with a share button. Or a kit for every speaker, sponsor and attendee.
Each person gets their own session, clip, quote and tracked link. Shares and clicks come back to the record, registrations traced to a share land in the report, and Dispatch packages what each internal team should send next.

Questions, answered
How do we move off VOXO?
Start with the next event: run Live Transcribe in the room or ingest the recordings, and the recaps, reports and clips come from the library. Past VOXO transcripts can be written to sessions through the public API.
Does our registration or AV setup change?
No. Registration stays where it is, and audio can arrive from the room, from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, or from a recording after the fact. VOXO’s RTMP path is not required.
Can we export transcripts and media?
Yes. Transcripts, captions, recordings, clips and reports export by CSV, file download, the public API and webhooks.
