Registration
Cvent and other registration platforms sync registrations and check-ins per session through the Apps catalog; a spreadsheet import covers the rest.
Attendee personalization starts with knowing who came. Pathways brings registrations and check-ins together across the registration, event-app and membership platforms you already use, keeps one record per person across every event, rolls it up by topic and speaker, and feeds the result back into a personalized event agenda, outreach shaped by what each person attended, and the reports your board reads. It is an Early Access feature under CRM.
QUICK ANSWER
Pathways resolves every registration and check-in from your registration platform, event app and AMS into one person, then uses that record three ways: a pre-event quiz that answers with session picks, outreach shaped by the sessions each person attended, and topic and room-fit signals back into the agenda. Attendees never fill in a profile; the record is built from what they did.
ONE PERSON, EVERY EVENT
Registration platforms, event apps and your AMS each hold their own version of the same attendee. Pathways keeps every source row as provenance (this check-in came from Cvent, that one from the app) and resolves them into one person with the events, sessions and topics they showed up for. At the organization, Audience shows Attendees, Members and Accounts: every person and company you have seen, across everything you have run.
PERSONALIZED EVENT AGENDA
A pre-event quiz asks attendees which topics, formats and levels they want, seeded from your event's taxonomy. It ends with session picks drawn from your program, and the same picks power a widget on your website and a CSV export for your registration or marketing platform. Answers become declared signals on the matched attendee, only with their personalization consent.
EVENT CONTENT RECOMMENDATIONS
Your taxonomy, rolled up with attendance and fill per topic, so the program team can see which subjects fill rooms and which do not, and who showed up for each. Room fit on the Agenda forecasts which sessions will overflow and suggests a larger room, and room draw becomes a weighted lane in the Speaker Score, so next year's program is built from this year's audience.
OUTREACH
Personalize, under Outreach, is what you send each audience shaped by what they attended: the on-demand recordings of the sessions a member sat in, the next event's sessions on the topics they chose, the accounts that filled a sponsor's room. Pathways properties are pushed onto your HubSpot contacts and companies, so the campaign runs where your marketing team already works.
RESULTS
On an event, Results holds the Program report: total check-ins, median fill, full sessions and survey ratings in one place after the event. Load membership or pipeline value from your AMS or CRM and every room, topic and speaker can be read against it, with small groups suppressed and one person's value behind its own permission.
WHAT IT CONNECTS TO
Pathways never replaces the registration platform, event app, AMS or CRM. It reads from them and writes back.
Cvent and other registration platforms sync registrations and check-ins per session through the Apps catalog; a spreadsheet import covers the rest.
The Attend app and connected event apps return check-ins, saves and ratings to the attendee's record.
Attendee scoring during the event sits on the same record as attendance, so a rating is read against who was in the room.
Pathways properties on HubSpot contacts and companies; membership and pipeline value loaded from your AMS or CRM.
Attendee personalization means shaping what each person sees and receives, session picks, outreach, follow-up, from what they actually did: registered, checked in, rated, watched, told you they wanted. In Sessionboard, Pathways holds that record per person across every event and platform you use and feeds it back into the agenda, outreach and reports.
Before the event, a short pre-event quiz asks attendees which topics, formats and levels they want and answers with session picks drawn from your program; the same picks power a website widget and a CSV export. Answers become declared signals on the attendee, only with their personalization consent, so what they told you sits next to what they attended.
Import registrations and check-ins per session from a spreadsheet, or let a connected platform sync them. Sessionboard keeps one row per source, so the record shows that a check-in came from Cvent or from an event app, and resolves them into one person across events.
No. Pathways reads the registration, event-app and membership platforms you already run, rolls attendance up by person, topic and speaker, and pushes the result back as properties on your HubSpot contacts and companies. Membership and pipeline value loaded from your AMS or CRM lets every room, topic and speaker be read against it.
Topics. Your taxonomy is rolled up with attendance and fill per topic, so you can see which subjects fill rooms, which do not, and who showed up for each. Session picks for an attendee come from the topics, formats and levels they declared and the sessions that match them.
Aggregates such as a topic's fill or a room's attendance are visible to organization and event members, and small groups are suppressed. One person's or one account's value needs a dedicated permission that only organization admins hold by default, and the people directory itself needs the Contacts permission.
Pathways is an Early Access feature. If you do not see it under CRM, request it from Preview at the bottom of the organization sidebar or ask your account manager.
