Sessionboard vs Conference AI.
Conference AI repurposes recordings into transcripts, summaries and attendee libraries. Sessionboard does that on the session record you already manage for abstracts and speakers: live transcription, quote extraction, Content Gallery, clips and share kits, without a second content subscription. Keep Conference AI if marketing is locked in; the public API carries its output back.
SIDE BY SIDE
Where each one does its work.
Read from the approved comparison, not from a feature checklist. Where we could not verify a Conference AI capability from their own material, the cell says so.
| Capability | Sessionboard | Conference AI |
|---|---|---|
| Content library | Media library searchable across every event you ran; Ask for the best thing anyone said on a topic. | Portfolio-wide searchable library in Conference AI’s own interface. |
| Clips and recaps | Clips, audiograms, quote cards, posts and recaps drafted by the Editor agent with your brand kit. | AI packaging of recordings into clips and recap assets. |
| Attendee recap surfaces | Content Gallery and the Attend app with replays, transcripts and search. | Personalized highlight experiences in Conference AI’s app layer. |
| Live transcription | Live Transcribe in the room or from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, with speaker names resolved to your records. | varies |
| Recordings after the fact | Batch ingest with diarization, summaries and quote extraction. | Works from recordings. |
| Program record | Call for papers, review, agenda and speakers on the same record the capture attaches to. | varies |
| Peer sharing with attribution | Share kits with tracked links for speakers, sponsors and attendees; registrations traced back to the share. | varies |
| How it is priced | Transcription metered by audio hour inside the Marketing product. | Published flat plans. |
| Working together | Public API accepts transcriptions, recordings and media from Conference AI, so the record stays authoritative. | varies |
Same pattern as VOXO and Wordly: native first, an optional point tool, and the public API for write-back.
WHERE IT DIFFERS · NO UPLOAD STEP
The recording is already on the session. So is everything else.
Capture starts from the program record, not from an export. The transcript knows the abstract, the speakers and the sponsor; the Editor agent drafts from that; and the library is searchable beside every other event you ran, with Ask answering questions across it.

Drafted by the agent, carried by the people who were there.
Clips and quote cards go out as share kits to speakers, sponsors and attendees with tracked links, and Dispatch packages the sales kit, the renewal note and the recap for each internal team. Registrations traced to a share show up next to the session that earned them.

Questions, answered
How do we move off Conference AI?
Start with the next event on Live Transcribe or batch ingest; past transcripts and media can be written to sessions through the public API so the library is complete from day one.
Does our registration or AV setup change?
No. Registration stays where it is, and audio can come from the room, from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, or from recordings after the fact.
Can we export the library?
Yes. Transcripts, recordings, clips and reports export by CSV, file download, the public API and webhooks.
