Sessionboard vs Rozie Synopsis.
Rozie Synopsis captures sessions with AI, publishes structured summaries in real time, and hosts a branded knowledge hub attendees can question after the event. Sessionboard ships the same class of deliverables natively: live transcription, branded session summaries, event and daily reports, a searchable Content Gallery, clips, and Advocacy, all on the session record that already holds your call for papers, review, and agenda. A second summary subscription makes sense only when its exhibitor booth workspace is under contract.
SIDE BY SIDE
Where each one does its work.
Read from the approved comparison, not from a feature checklist. Where we could not verify a Rozie Synopsis capability from their own material, the cell says so.
| Capability | Sessionboard | Rozie Synopsis |
|---|---|---|
| Session summaries and attendee answers | Summaries, clips, audiograms and quote cards drafted by the Editor agent from the transcript; the Content Gallery is searchable by topic, speaker and transcript. | Session summaries surfaced live in multiple languages during the event, across simultaneous tracks. A retrieval agent over the event's captured content that answers attendee questions in natural language, hosted in their knowledge hub UX. |
| Exhibitor booth capture | Not offered. Exhibitor and sponsor records with portals, share kits and results reports. | Captures booth conversations, structures them into summaries and buyer-intent signals, and syncs to CRM with sponsor ROI dashboards. Sessionboard does not do booth capture. |
| Transcription and media library | Live Transcribe in the room or from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast; transcripts, captions, clips and quote cards in a library searchable across events. | varies |
| Content Gallery | Recordings, transcripts and clips in a gated or open gallery with search, topics and speaker pages; every play comes back as a signal on the person who watched. | varies |
| Peer sharing with attribution | Share kits with tracked links for speakers, sponsors and attendees; registrations traced back to the share. | varies |
| Exhibitor and sponsor results | Exhibitor and sponsor records with portals and results reports; floor plans stay with your floor platform. | varies |
| Where the data lands | Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, iMIS, Fonteva and Nimble AMS; public API, webhooks and an MCP server. | varies |
| Running both | Transcriptions, recordings and media from another tool write back to the session through the public API. | varies |
Where Rozie Synopsis fits best: marketing is locked to Rozie's hosted knowledge hub UX mid-contract and cannot change this cycle. What often stays with Rozie Synopsis for now: exhibitor booth-capture workspace and sponsor ROI dashboards under an active contract. This page compares workflow and product fit, not a feature checklist.
WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE SESSION RECORD
Capture lands on the session that already holds the abstract, the speaker and the slot.
Live Transcribe runs in the room or from Zoom, ON24 and Goldcast, with speaker names resolved to your CRM records. Transcripts, captions, summaries and clips land on the session the moment it ends, so a speaker swap or an embargo change updates every surface at once. Rozie Synopsis starts from the audio; the record starts from the program.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The summary is the start of the campaign, not the end of the service.
The Editor agent drafts clips, audiograms and quote cards for review, branded with your kit. Speakers and sponsors share them with tracked links, the Content Gallery turns plays into signals, and registrations traced to a share show up in the report.

Questions, answered
Does Sessionboard replace Rozie Synopsis?
For session capture, summaries and the attendee-facing library, yes. Live transcription, session summaries, event and daily reports, the Content Gallery, clips and share kits are native in the Marketing product. Rozie’s exhibitor booth-capture workspace is the one piece Sessionboard does not offer.
What about the AI Knowledge Advisor?
Transcripts and session metadata are searchable in your branded Content Gallery, and Ask answers questions over the same event data, so answers come from inside your gallery rather than a third-party hub.
Can we use Rozie Synopsis and still keep Sessionboard as system of record?
Yes. The public API lets you write transcriptions, recordings, and media back to Sessionboard sessions so program, credits, and Content Gallery stay authoritative.
How does audio capture work?
Sessionboard captures live via Live Transcribe or ingests recordings into media library with batch transcription and diarization. No separate AV pipeline subscription is required.
Can we export everything later?
Yes. Submissions, scores, speakers, agenda, transcripts and media export by CSV, program book export, the public API and webhooks.
