Sessionboard vs Map Your Show.

Map Your Show is the trade-show operating system: floor plans, exhibitor sales and a conference module for proposals and schedules. This comparison is the conference and program layer only. Floor and exhibitor work stays on MYS; committee depth, posters, speaker readiness and content belong where program teams lose time, between acceptance and show day.

Read from the approved comparison, not from a feature checklist. Where we could not verify a Map Your Show session management capability from their own material, the cell says so.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE EDUCATION TRACK

Show-scale education without the spreadsheet beside the floor plan.

Hundreds of proposals and poster submissions, real committee volume and conflict-of-interest rules run on review plans your team edits. Accepted sessions publish to MYS for attendees, and the speaker portal keeps chasing bios, slides and agreements until show day.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · SPONSORS WITH RESULTS

The sponsor presented a session. Show them who was in the room.

Sponsor and exhibitor records carry the session they presented, the transcript, the clips and the accounts reached. After the show they get a results report, and the renewal opportunity is already open while the floor plan stays on MYS.

Questions, answered

How do we migrate the conference track without touching the floor?

Run the next call for proposals on Sessionboard, keep floor plans, exhibitor contracts and lead retrieval on Map Your Show, and sync accepted sessions and speakers to MYS at publish.

Does registration change?

No. Registration stays on Cvent, RainFocus or your AMS beside MYS; Sessionboard owns program operations between acceptance and content reuse.

Can we export sessions, speakers and posters?

Yes. Everything on the record exports by CSV, the public API and webhooks, and the MYS sync carries sessions and speakers across.
