Sessionboard vs InGo.
InGo adds social widgets to the registration flow so attendees invite their network and see who else is coming. Sessionboard builds the share from the program itself: sessions, speakers and clips, shared by speakers, sponsors and attendees, with every share and registration traced back to the record that your CRM, AMS and Pathways use.
SIDE BY SIDE
Where each one does its work.
Read from the approved comparison, not from a feature checklist. Where we could not verify a InGo capability from their own material, the cell says so.
| Capability | Sessionboard | InGo |
|---|---|---|
| Social widgets in registration | Attendee entry from the confirmation email or page. | Social registration and advocacy widgets in the registration flow. |
| Who is coming | Program site, embeds and the Attend app with speakers and sessions; attendee lists where you allow them. | Attendee network visibility in the widget. |
| Who shares | Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. | Primarily registrants. |
| What they share | Session clips, quote cards and session pages, branded with your kit. | Event invitations and attendance posts. |
| Attribution | Share kits with tracked links for speakers, sponsors and attendees; registrations traced back to the share. | Registrations attributed to invitations. |
| Where the data lands | Speaker, sponsor and attendee records; CRM and AMS sync; Pathways. | InGo dashboards; integrations vary. |
| Sponsor and exhibitor reach | Exhibitor and sponsor kits with results reports. | varies |
| Contract | Included in the Marketing product. | Separate subscription. |
InGo is built around the registration flow. Sessionboard is built around the program, so the same reach also comes from the people on stage and at the booths, and lasts past the registration window.
WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE PROGRAM IS THE COMMUNITY
Speakers and sponsors are the loudest members of any community.
They get their own kits and results, built from their sessions. Attendees share what they saved and what they watched. All of it lands on one record per person.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · AFTER REGISTRATION
The share keeps going after the registration window closes.
Recordings, clips and replays give everyone a reason to share again, and the Content Gallery turns plays into signals for next year’s program and renewals.

Questions, answered
Can we keep InGo in the registration flow?
Yes, for a cycle. Sessionboard’s attendee entry works from the confirmation page for supported platforms; speaker and sponsor kits run regardless.
Does it need our registration platform?
Attendee kits work from the confirmation email or page for Cvent, Swoogo, Swapcard, Grip, Visit and LiveBuzz registrants, or from a tracked link.
Can we export the data?
Yes: CSV, the public API and webhooks, plus the CRM and AMS sync.
