Each round has its own scorecard, open and close dates, anonymization settings, and reviewer pool. Scorecard fields support numeric ratings, text responses, dropdowns, and file uploads in any combination.

Yes. Payments can be collected directly within the Call for Abstracts submission forms. You connect your existing payment gateway — 100+ are supported — and all funds go directly to your organization. Reviewers receive a magic link by email. They land on a dedicated, branded evaluation portal that shows only their assigned submissions and review rounds — no admin account needed, no platform onboarding, no security exposure. They complete their reviews entirely within that portal. Admins have a full progress dashboard across all reviewers, rounds, and at all times.
