Sessionboard vs Cadmium.

Cadmium bundles registration, exhibits, the eventScribe app, Abstract Scorecard, Conference Harvester and CE on Elevate or EthosCE. Sessionboard is where the abstract committee, reviewer rounds and speaker work run, then what the meeting produces becomes next year’s audience. Registration and CE credit stay where they are.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · THE COMMITTEE

The review your chairs can change this week.

Rounds, committees, rubrics and conflict-of-interest rules live on the review plan, and your team edits them. Submissions, reviewer notes and every version stay on the record after the decision, so acceptance is the start of the speaker’s task list rather than an export.

WHERE IT DIFFERS · AFTER THE ROOM

Every session you ran on Cadmium’s stage becomes content on ours.

Live Transcribe captures the room, the library keeps every word, and speakers share their own session with tracked links. The registrations those shares bring in land on the record that started with the abstract.

Questions, answered

How do we migrate from Abstract Scorecard and Conference Harvester?

Pilot one annual meeting or specialty track. Historical speakers and abstracts import onto contact and submission records, and we can run in parallel during an active call for papers.

Can registration and CE stay on Cadmium?

Yes. Accepted sessions and speakers sync out; registration and credit reporting on Elevate or EthosCE stay in your Cadmium contract.

Can we take our data out again?

Everything on the record exports: submissions, scores, speakers, agenda, transcripts and media, by CSV, program book export, the public API and webhooks.
