Embeds

Embeds allow you to export a feed of your agenda, sessions, and speakers to place in your app or website.

The feed will update regularly with changes you have made in Sessionboard - no sync or push required. Embeds can be created with HTML styling, or as basic HTML, or in other formats such as JSON, XML, and iCal.

You can choose to include various speaker or session fields to show in the embed. You can also create several different embeds to use for various purposes.

Agenda

• Displays approved sessions in a grid by location/time
• Click on a session to view more information such as times and location.
• Click on a speaker to view more information such as title and about fields

Session list

• Display a list of sessions with speakers and relevant information
• Click on a speaker to view more information such as title and about fields

Speaker list

• Display a list of speakers with their sessions and relevant information
• Click on a session to view more information such as times and location.

Dashboard Redesign

Sessionboard's new and improved dashboard has been optimized to make your home base for speaker, session, & content management even more intuitive.

• Improved self-serve onboarding, session/speaker statistics
• You can edit sessions from "Recent Submissions" by clicking the lighting bolt icon

Agenda Week View

Your agenda week view can now be expanded to see simultaneous sessions. This is perfect for those of you operating multiple rooms at once. Just one click and you can activate a pop-out window showing those overlapping sessions in one view.

Open API

Our Open API allows any event platform company the ability to integrate date from the most modern speaker, session, & content management solution on the market today.

You can retrieve the following data types:

• sessions
• speakers
• sponsors
• exhibitors
• languages
• tags
• tracks
• levels
• rooms

You can filter sessions and speakers list by:

• created date
• updated date
• status (approved, pending, declined, etc.)
