With this offering, organizers will be able to streamline the full lifecycle of their content for each session and event; from the initial step of managing their call for papers/submissions, to the evaluation of each abstract and submission that comes in, to building and managing their agenda, to seamlessly automating the collection of critical assets from each speaker and automatically publishing this to the Swapcard platform.

An End to End Event Platform Integration

The Sessionboard and Swapcard integration will specifically work by integrating the approved sessions and collected content (Bio’s, headshots, presentations, etc.) from Sessionboard to the Swapcard platform in order to keep the event website and mobile updated in real-time. The integration is built in such a way that the organizer can easily activate the integration in minutes through the Sessionboard platform.
